ANGEL Learning Appoints Bryon Parnell to Executive Team

Indianapolis, Ind. – Jan. 4, 2007 – ANGEL® Learning, recognized innovator of elearning software and services, today announced the promotion of Bryon Parnell to fill the newly created position of company vice president and chief financial officer.  Parnell has served ANGEL in an executive-level financial advisory capacity since joining the company’s management team in 2003.

During his 14-year finance and consulting career, Parnell has worked with companies of all sizes to improve their business performance.  He has successfully assisted high growth companies in managing capital, earnings, cash flow and revenue growth.  He has also helped companies restructure their businesses to maximize shareholder value.

A certified public accountant, Parnell was a senior manager in the business consulting division of Arthur Andersen, LLP prior to co-founding Payton, LCC in 2002.  Payton specializes in financial consulting services for emerging growth and entrepreneurial companies.

Parnell’s extensive experience working with entrepreneurial and software companies is a valuable asset for ANGEL Learning, a developer and marketer of elearning software that has experienced phenomenal growth since it was founded in 2000.
