Indianapolis, Ind. – August 22 , 2006 – ANGEL® Learning, recognized innovator of enterprise e-learning software and services, today announced the general availability of ANGEL ePortfolio 2.  The release balances a strong focus on engaging learners to encourage learner participation and adoption with powerful assessment and reporting capabilities to address institutions’ rapidly evolving needs for authenticated learning outcomes data.
