Mark Hill Joins ANGEL Learning Board of Directors

Technology innovator brings business, technology and education expertise to Indianapolis-based education technology firm.

Indianapolis, Ind. – July 20, 2006 – ANGEL® Learning, recognized innovator of enterprise e-learning software and services, today announced the appointment of Mark Hill, cofounder and president of Baker Hill, an Experian Company, to the ANGEL Learning board of directors.

A technology innovator, Hill possesses a keen understanding of the effect of technology on the financial services industry and is a well-respected industry expert. The recipient of a number of awards recognizing his technology foresight and entrepreneurial spirit, Hill is also passionate about education. He is an adjunct professor at the Indiana University School of Informatics, chair of the school’s Dean’s Council and serves on the Governor's Education Technology Commission.

Hill fills the position on the ANGEL Learning board previously held by Amy Conrad Warner, acting vice chancellor, Office of External Affairs, Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
