David T. Mills
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

David Mills, vice president and chief technology officer, co-founded ANGEL Learning and has served as ANGEL's chief architect since the technology's conception at the Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis CyberLab where he served as associate director. Mr. Mills is recognized for his vision in the field of education technology. He is credited with producing the first large-scale, enterprise CMS and with several additional CMS firsts: developing the integrated learning portal, applying intelligent agents, developing sharable libraries and library connectivity tools

Mr. Mills brings ANGEL Learning a passion for making technology a practical servant to educators. A passion he also demonstrated as president of Meehan Mills Software, Inc. a web-based software development organization focused on teaching and learning. Mr. Mills holds a B.S. degree in computer technology from Purdue University.
