Bryon Parnell

Bryon Parnell was named vice president and chief financial officer three years after joining the company as an executive-level financial advisor. Mr. Parnell has worked with companies of all sizes to improve their business performance. During his 14 years in finance and consulting, he successfully assisted high growth companies with managing capital, earnings, cash flow and revenue growth. He also helped companies restructure their businesses to maximize shareholder value.

Mr. Parnell was a  founding member of Payton, LLC; a firm specializing in outsourced finance and accounting services. Mr. Parnell has also been a senior manager in the business process outsourcing and business consulting divisions of Arthur Andersen, LLP.  He is a certified public accountant and holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Indiana University.
