Manager, Customer Solutions

We are seeking a manager to oversee a critical, customer-facing operating department. 

The successful candidate will have managed a rapidly growing department (we are growing at over 50% per year) and will be motivated to:

  • Identify and develop talented individuals.
  • Build a self-sufficient team.
  • Handle the day-to-day activities of a high-paced operation.
  • Get the best out of people.

The successful candidate will be known for coaching and developing others and will have previously created a collaborative and participative environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years experience in support or related operations.
  • Minimum of two years supervisor/personnel development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Operations management.
  • Especially effective customer handling.
  • Enthusiastic developer of talent.
  • Recognizes the importance of effective, data-driven continuous process improvement activities.
