Learning Solutions Specialist

The Learning Solutions Specialist will serve as the expert in the development and delivery of learning solutions to ANGEL customers. 

• Conduct onsite and remote customer training on features and operations of ANGEL products.
• Facilitate all aspects of ANGEL Implemention Framework with customers from contract to production launch, while ensuring that the customer will be a reference.   
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for ANGEL software products and consult both internally and externally on the appropriate use of each product.
• Prepare training material and documentation for customer. Maintain, administer, and continuously improve training material and courseware.

REQUIREMENTS::

• Bachelor's degree and related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze, recommend solutions.
• High level of energy, self-confidence, and enthusiasm with ability to communicate and develop positive relationships with a wide variety of customers.
• Strong teamwork/collaboration; experience working in a matrix environment a plus.
• Ability to work independently; manage multiple projects to meet aggressive deadlines with high standard for quality.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• Knowledge of learning and development best practices, adult learning theory, and instructional design techniques.
• Experience in the administration or use of learning management systems.
